Happy 3rd Birthday Joshie!

Way back in June we celebrated our sweet Joshua turning 3 years old! We invited a few of his friends from church over for a ice cream sundae bar! Who doesnt love an ice cream sundae? As usual for Joshua he didnt seem too excited to have people over, he had pretty much the same expression on his face the whole time, well except for opening presents, then he got pretty excited! Our Joshua is such a sweet boy, he is definitely a lover. loves to snuggle! He has such a mellow personality, always has the same stone faced expression, he is such a happy boy but you wouldnt know it by his pictures!

Of course, Joshua wanted an Angry Birds party this year, my boys LOVE angry birds! We kept it simple, just cupcakes, rice krispy treats and cookies shaped like stars. The party favors were golden egg cookies! Oh of course we cant forget the ice cream sundaes!

Love free printables! Although Micah is pretty photo shop savvy, I'm sure he can make something like this pretty easily,  it was nice to have it already made!
I did a cute little photo display with bakers twine and mini clothes pins! can you say CUTE! I have a new found love for bakers twine, oh and washi tape! One of my favorite pinterest ideas was making these angry bird balloons, i just printed out the template and taped the faces on the balloons! The kids LOVED them!

My stone faced little boy! Love this cute hat!
and sunglasses.... these pictures break my heart... we had been battling his eczema for several months and could not get it under control. You can see it under his lip here, and around his eyes. Poor baby.

He loved his new soccer ball and net... this boy is definitely going to be our sports kid! Not quite sure if i wanna be a soccer mom, he sure seems to love it though!
Happy to my sweet Joshua. You have brought so much joy to our lives, and I am thankful for you every day. We pray every day that the Lord would call you to himself and you would grow to be a man who loves HIM with your whole heart, soul, mind and strength.
