Gardening

Finally my garden has come to life! This has definitely been a strange year for pretty much all of my plants. My hydrangeas are just now blooming! Last year both of my bushes were full of blooms, this year each bush has two blooms! There goes all of the fresh flowers I was wanting in my home! Also last fall we transplanted my butterfly bush. It would get over 7 feet tall and was just too big for where I had it. We moved it to a spot in the back yard and I honestly didn't think it was going to make it! Thankfully it is back from the dead! I cant wait to go to my favorite garden center, " flower world" and bet a few more plants to fill in all of my empty spaces!

My blue hydrangea on the side of our house

Our neighbor doesn't do a thing to his yard, trees, plants... anything! But, we do reap the benefits, this is a grape that has climbed all over our fence! Haven't actually tried the grapes yet, I forget all about them by the time the first frost comes around... that is when they finally get sweet I have been told

Pinks... wish I had more

Purple hydrangea that is in front of my house.

Lavender... I have this everywhere! By far my favorite thing in my garden... maybe except for my lilac's

I was surprised Joshua went in the pool! He is such a chicken around cold water! Here he is with all his clothes on!
